How looks like the cycle of hair live?

The cycle of hair live is divided into 3 phases:

1. Anagen phase is a an active growth period, that last 2-6 years.
2. Katagen phase is a transition period, that last about two weeks. This phase follows the falling out of hair
3. Telogen phase is a resting period in which follicle hair is being shrinked. It last about three months. After this period the follicle enlarges itself again and goes back to anagen phase.

In the case of androgen hair loss in both women and men occurs increased level of Dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Transformation of Testosterone into Dihydrotestosterone is caused by 5-alpha reductase enzyme (5-AR). The enzyme is produced in prostate, individual adrenal glands as well as in scalp. The increased level of DHT in human body shortens growth hair period in anagen phase and causes that become thinner and weaker.

How does Nanoguard work ?

Nanoguard works locally by lowering the levels of DHT only in the scalp tissues and blocking the activity of 5-alpha reductase enzyme. In this way it prevents follicle hair from destruction and lengthen its live in anagen phase.

Direction for use

1. Wash scalp using Nanoguard as a shampoo.
2. Leave in for 3 minutes. Avoid contact with eyes.
3. Rinse gently and thoroughly.
4. Wash using a regular shampoo if required.
5. Repeat minimum 3 times per week.
