   Placing and executing orders

   
   
2. The orders can be made 24 hours per day the whole year. To make an order you need to fill up an internet form provided in section: "Order" on the web site. You will be asked to give us your personal details as well as information about products that you want to order. Giving us telephone number and e-mail is not essential but we ask you to give us at least one way of contact.
3. The parcels are sending everyday and we send them the next day after we receive the payment.

4. In case of foreign orders we accept only payment by credit cards: Visa, EuroCard, MasterCard.
   
   

   Complaints and returns

   
   
5. Before you collect your cosmetics from postman, check if the parcel is not damaged. If it is, don't take it. Let the postman know about it and then contact us. Once we receive the mail, we will send you your goods once again.
6. Every customer has right to return us the ordered goods without stating any reason in 10 days from the day he/she collected our cosmetics. The return will be accepted only then when products were not used. We will send the money back by money order or on indicated account number.

7. According to the act about protection of personal details from 29th of August, 1997, Salvo Polska obliges to protect personal details. The data are gathered only to execute orders and are not sold to anybody. Every customer has the right to inspect in his data and to change them as well as to demand cessation of their usage.

8. In the matters that are not determined by this regulations, apply the rules of civil code and the act about protection of customers rights.
